Zambia Sosa: Microfinance Project Zambia is open for discussion on Facebook. Main aim is to combine the power of the internet with microfinance to provide financial services & education to entrepreneurs & low-income Zambians at 0% interest.

This is an open platform where entrepreneurs can speak out  and share their stories. Sosa is a transparent online platform that shares stories to lenders around the world.

HOW SOSA WORKS

• Sosa approves and disburses microloans.
• Field Partners recommend entrepreneurs.
• Sosa uploads approved entrepreneur's profile online.
• Lenders from around the world choose entrepreneurs.
• Sosa provides funds to entrepreneurs.
• Sosa collects repayments over time.
• Lenders get their money back.

SOSA FIELD PARTNERS

• Must complete training programs run by Sosa.
• Must be approved by Sosa.
• Must focus on education and training.
• To empower people through skill production.
• Develop Food-for-Work programs.
• Prepare people in our communities for self-employment.

SOSA FELLOWS

• Work with Sosa, Field Partners and Entrepreneurs.
• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must complete the Sosa Fellows program.
• Must volunteer, Sosa does not pay Sosa Fellows.
• Must understand and promote our policies.
• Must be interested in Microfinance.

ENTREPRENEURS

• Must be able to work in groups of 3 to 5 members.
• Should have a feasible plan for the loan.
• Must complete the Sosa programs.
• Must work directly with Sosa Fellows.

AGENTS

• Should be innovative.
• Must be a professional, Lawyer, doctor, economist, teacher etc
• Must be willing to volunteer, Sosa does not pay Agents.
• Should work towards social economical transformation.

• Must learn about entrepreneurs
• Can choose entrepreneurs.
